Privacy Policy
SysPrompt collects very little. This page lists everything.
What we don't have
- No tracking of what you view or copy
- No server-side logging of what you view or copy
- No cookies set by us
- No sale or sharing of your data with anyone
Analytics
If enabled, we use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand which pages are useful. GA collects anonymized usage data (page views, approximate region, device type) under Google's own privacy policy. No prompt text you adapt or paste anywhere is ever sent to us — copying happens entirely in your browser.
Mailing list
If you subscribe to the newsletter, we store your email address, the language you subscribed in, which form you used, the time of subscription, and your browser's user-agent string (to filter out automated signups). New subscriptions ask for a one-click confirmation before anything is sent. We use this only to send you the weekly email. Your address is never sold or shared. Every issue carries a one-click unsubscribe link that works immediately; you can also email hello@sysprompt.com from the subscribed address and we will delete your record.
Account and subscription
An account is only needed if you subscribe to Pro. We store your email address (via Firebase Authentication) and your subscription status (Stripe customer ID, status and renewal date — via Stripe webhooks). Card details are handled entirely by Stripe and never touch our servers. Cancel anytime from the account page; to delete your account and data, email hello@sysprompt.com.
Changes
If we add new data-collecting features, this page will be updated before the feature ships.
